BUSINESS-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Accounts Receivable - Factoring your invoices stimulates cash flow and increases working capital; relies on the strength of a business's customers more than the strength of the client; flexible and achieves quick results.
Asset-Based Lending - Revolving line of credit collateralized by a business's assets.
Bankruptcy Receivables - Receivables, mortgage notes and other secured notes can be sold for a lump sum.
Commercial Leases - Owners of commercial rental properties can sell future rent payments for immediate cash; used to make property improvements and renovations; build additions, invest in other commercial property.
Medical Receivables - Medical repayment from insurance companies can take as long as 60 to 120 days. These delays can cause cash flow problems for physicians and other health care providers.
Purchase Orders - Businesses often need money in advance in order to produce the product or service that has been ordered.
Sports Contracts - Athletes who are receiving payments or retirement benefits resulting from a sports contract can get a lump sum of cash for some or all of their future payments. Bonuses, cash prizes and endorsement money also qualify.

COLLATERAL-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Aircraft Notes - Seller provides owner financing on aircraft note; may sell some or all payments for a lump sum.
Automobile Notes - Auto dealers may sell large portfolios of notes; provides immediate cash without bank financing; dealer eliminates risk of non-payment from credit customers.
Business Notes - Owner financed business notes can be sold for cash.
Equipment Notes - Equipment notes are secured by selling all types of equipment.
Mobile Home Notes - Mobile home dealers usually accept a down payment and agree to receive monthly installments from the buyer. Selling these payments provides immediate cash to the seller and eliminates the burden of collecting future payments on the note.
Privately Held Mortgage Notes - An official promissory note a buyer gives a seller in exchange for a piece of property; creates owner financing.

CONSUMER-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Consumer Contracts/Retail Installment Contracts - Installment financing is common among businesses that offer high-ticket products, or on-going services. (Health/Country Club memberships, Cemetery pre-need contracts, Timeshare memberships)
Delinquent Consumer Debt - Debt that is more than 30 days overdue. Can arise from retailers, service providers, financial institutions and hospitals.
Inheritances/Trust Advances - On average, heirs wait at least 9 months before receiving their inheritance. It is very common for individuals to need or desire an immediate advance on the amount they are expecting.

CONTINGENCY-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Consumer and Commercial Judgments - A court-ordered award, usually requiring individuals or other entities to pay a sum of money. Appeals process can be expensive. Plaintiffs can pre-sell their civil jury verdicts for immediate cash.
Royalty Payments/Franchise Fees - The seller does not have to wait months, or even years to receive the royalty, fee or commission income.

GOVERNMENT-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Farm Production Flexibility Contracts and Conservation Reserve Payments - Fixed declining annual federal payments to farmers and agricultural businesses.
Lottery Payments - Typically not paid out in one lump sum, but in annual installments over 10 to 26 years. Lottery winners might want or need an immediate lump sum instead of all or some of the smaller payments over time.

INSURANCE-BASED INCOME STREAMS
Annuities - A contract that provides a stream of payments to a person designated as the beneficiary.
Funeral Purchase Assignments - If the funeral home needs immediate cash to cover the expenses of the funeral, it can sell its funeral purchase assignments (from insurance company) to a funding source.
Prizes/Casino Winnings - Future payments from corporations, foundations, sweepstakes, game shows and casinos.
Structured Settlements - Usually result from personal injury cases such as: product liability, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death and medical malpractice.
Viatical Settlement - Arrangement in which a terminally ill or elderly person sells his or her life insurance benefits for a lump sum payment.
